Every technician who enters your home has undergone extensive background checks including motor vehicle records, criminal background checks, and drug testing. Whether it’s simply cleaning out your dryer vent or finishing your basement, Handyman Joe does it and treats every customer as our very best customer!
What to expect when you call Handyman Joe
Your call will be taken by one of our friendly office staff. You'll be asked for your name and contact information (including address, phone and email). Give the staff a brief description of the services you need and you're ready to experience the Handyman Joe difference.
There is no trip charge for services within 20 miles of our office. Estimates/bids are free within 20 miles of our office. We will set exact appointment times so you're not left waiting for hours for someone to show up. Service hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.. We are licensed, bonded and insured and our staff has undergone background checks and drug testing. You can feel confident in leaving them to do their work if you can't be home.
We communicate through email, quite a bit. Bids and invoices are often sent in email as well as construction project updates and changes to the schedule. If you don't have access to email, we'll gladly send documents to your home through the postal service. Of course, we are only a phone call away if you need something, right away.
